Abstract/Summary:
Body control parts size is the basis of clothing and is very important.Thus,in the design and manufacture of clothing,human measurement is the most basic link,but also the most critical one.From traditional manual measurements to two-dimensional and three-dimensional non-contact human measurements,human data acquisition becomes faster and more comprehensive.The light,time and other factors affect the stability of three-dimensional automatic measurement.Besides,point cloud map fuzzy,cross-sectional graphics distortion affects the accuracy of three-dimensional data.The accuracy of the data obtained from three-dimensional measurement is generally measured from the error of multiple measurements and compared with manual measurement of the data.Both are compared with the data size.However,the human body measurement data is composed of two dimensions: the size value and the graphic value.There is little research on the graphic value of the three-dimensional measurement data.And the two different graphics will have the same contour length,so this paper is aim to verify the human cross-section graphics from the three-dimensional measurement and to provide support for the industry standard.Firstly,the hierarchical analysis model is established by the conclusion of four small experiments.It is found that the key factor influencing the measurement is the difficulty of the definition of the point,and the shoulder arc is the most difficult to measure.Shoulder as a fit of the human body and clothing area,is one of the important parts of the clothing design and is also one of the parts which has high degree of fit requirements.Therefore,this paper selects the shoulder arc of the measurement site for verification of the cross-section graphics from three-dimensional measurement.Secondly,in order to verify the cross-sectional pattern,this paper selected 180 young women in school as the research object to build the standard shoulder arc curve of 160 / 84 A file.That is,the coordinate points of the samples that meet the requirements are averaged,and then use the polynomial fitting to obtain the function expression of standard shoulder arc curve.By comparing,we choose the cubic polynomial as the standard shoulder arc curveFinally,we obtain the shoulder cross-section graphics from the three-dimensional equipment,and build the shoulder curve,then convert them into function expression which has the same shoulder width and thickness of standard shoulder arc.Calculate the area of the two shoulder arcs in the definition domain as a criterion for judging whether the pattern is accurate or not.And finally determine the effective area of the figure is within 9cm2,and when the area exceeds this value,the shoulder arc value measured by this three-dimensional equipment is invalid.
