With the development of 3D printing,many functional materials have appeared in research and represent a new development trend,including flexible materials and special engineering plastics.Although flexible materials have been used in the area of smart sensing and soft actuate,its production process is complicated,so there's a need to use 3D printing technology to simplify production process and speed up the function optimization.Usually the special engineering plastic 3D printer is expensive and lack the related research.In this paper,domestic and foreign advanced technology had been studied,and a high temperature 3D printer had been developed,which can print flexible materials and special engineering plastics.Integrated flexible smart structure and technology of inner filling had been studied,which provide some reference of printing functional materials.(1)The experimental method had been taken to explore the processing technology of flexible material(TPU),the influence of temperature parameters had been focused.By analyzing the quality and tensile properties of TPU that under different temperature condition,some conclusions had been found that as the temperatures rises,the tensile strength appeared a downward trend but breaking elongation rate had no obvious change,finally the optimal extrusion temperature had been determined.(2)Combined with the principle of dielectric elastomer driving,the structure of soft robot fish and soft gripper had been designed,also the best integration of 3D printing process had been determined,including process of pre-tension,coating electrodes,3D printing and assembling power.Different coating way of underwater electrode and air electrode had been used to realize functional driving.Soft robot fish had achieved a stable swimming speed of 3cm/s and soft gripper reached scraping performance of 10.1mN/g.(3)The high temperature chamber desktop 3D printer was designed,the core structure components include multi-function printing head,mobile mechanism system,metal outer framework,auxiliary institutions.The entire 3D printer had low cost and was easy to use.Corexy mobile mechanism and ChiTu control panel had been taken.PTC heating combined with thermal radiation lamp was put forward to control ambient temperature by an independent temperature control module.Finite element simulation had been used to solve the problem of nozzle plug and concluded that the best nozzle structure of 0.4mm under experiment.(4)The technology of PEEK inner filling had been explored,and also discussed effects of extrusion temperature,printing layer thickness and feed speeds on inner filling.The experimental results showed that reduce feed speed and increase the printing temperature could improve filling rate,but layer thickness don't have much influence.Lastly,optimize printing parameters had been determined and provided reference for fiurther process improvement.
