In this whole process, how to achieve real-time on-line detection and control of starch moisture content has been the core problem of restricting the forward development of starch drying system. Due to the large number of factors affecting the detection of moisture content, it is difficult for domestic enterprises on the domestic market to find a regular method to realize the real-time and rapid measurement of starch moisture.Combined with the current domestic starch drying industry development status, for the starch moisture content of the test method in addition to some extent relatively backward manual measurement methods, most of them are dependent on imported equipment.Comprehensive analysis of other food crops for the development and development of water equipment can be found, the relevant product laboratory test equipment and portable test equipment to occupy a large proportion, so far there is no one can be fully applied to achieve the starch drying process automatic control of automatic detection system.Most of the existing domestic market for the sensor, moisture detector and other independent products, their application of water detection methods can generally be summarized as two: indirect and direct method. Measurement principle includes a resistive,capacitive, microwave, neutron source method, weighing method. In this existing method, the off-line detection method of moisture content is generally higher precision, but most of the measurement methods are only applicable to the laboratory. On-line measurement method has not been able to provide relevant data collection and control function in time. Is widely used.In order to deal with the current situation of starch moisture test method and its relatively backward drying equipment, this paper has set up the route setting method of powdered starch moisture, the selection of starch moisture measuring sensor, the data acquisition controller development, the computer application software And some of the database system, such as the initial design and application research.Compared with the actual performance measurement of the current measurement system,this paper clarifies an on-line measurement and control system suitable for powdered starch moisture. By changing the moisture content of starch to the inlet and outlet of the whole drying equipment, the change of the moisture content of the starch will directly cause the fluctuation of the relevant sensor capacitance. Through a series of sophisticated signal acquisition, the signal Conversion and signal processing, to achieve the starch on-line real-time detection and control of water. The sensor can also be used by the microprocessor to measure the signal nonlinear and temperature and humidity drift of the digital correction and compensation. The control of the running speed of the screw feed mechanism is achieved by controlling the frequency feed of the screw feed by outputting the associated feedback signal. Combined with the actual needs of the relevant production,the system can also increase the printer and other work parameters,in order to hot air temperature control and automatic warning and other auxiliary functions to achieve.In this stage, we mainly made the development of on-line detection method of starch moisture and the design and research of sensor and related data acquisition controller. The double closed-loop structure was also used to optimize the relevant parameters of centrifugal dewatering machine before air drying.
