Study On The Regulation Mode Of Raw Material For Imported Waste In Shandong Port

Due to the relatively insufficient resource in our country,to meet the needs of the development of domestic enterprises to choose import can be used as raw materials make up the gap of solid waste,but easy to lead to import of solid waste to our country environment pollution caused by the risk.Through this project research,on the one hand,How to effectively prevent and avoid the import of foreign harmful solid waste to our country environment and the health of people,on the other hand should be under strict management gaps in China resources rational utilization of solid waste from abroad to satisfy the needs of national construction and production.This topic to adopt the main research methods include literature study,investigation study,combining theoretical analysis and empirical analysis method and typical case analysis.To supply the raw material import waste abroad,import utilization,description,analysis and evaluation on the quality situation,carry out in the existing laws,regulations and policy implementation situation investigation and evaluation.On this basis,combining with the Shandong port waste materials regulatory experience,put forward the practical operability of imported waste raw materials management mode.This pattern from the aspects of the goods inspection,follow-up supervision,environmental control for waste raw material import,transportation,utilization,disposal to regulate,through investigation and analysis,combined with China's national conditions put forward to adapt to the shandong port imported waste raw materials needed for the development of regulatory model.
