Design Of Control System For Key Process Of Glass Electric Furnace

With the continuous improvement of the level of automation production in modern pharmaceutical enterprises,the quality of glass packaging materials has also been higher.The glass production process control of traditional method has been unable to the quality of glass packaging materials to enhance the effective support,so the traditional glass production line upgrade,it is particularly important to improve the quality of glass packaging materials.In this paper,the glass electric furnace upgrade project of DQ glass industry park is taken as the object of study.It mainly aims at the feeding equipment and temperature control which have the main influence on the product quality in the process of production.First of all,the present conditions and working flow of DQ glass industry park are described in detail,and the principle of temperature control and the physical structure and working principle of temperature controller are analyzed.Secondly,the fuzzy self-tuning PID control method for temperature control in the production process of the design;and through the Win CC configuration software to complete the temperature monitoring and alarm function design;and through simulation experiments results verified the superiority of the fuzzy self tuning PID controller.Again,according to the temperature control of electric melting of glass kiln and its existing feeding equipment,the temperature monitoring interface,real-time monitoring system using PLC and Win CC configuration software feeding control interface,manual control is designed.Finally,through the OPC standard technology,completed the design of communication monitoring software and PLC,established a set of complete glass production process control system;realizing the operation personnel monitoring and management for the glass electric melting furnace in the production process from the working environment of the circumstances,and effectively reduce the adverse influence factors the quality of the products in the production process of frequency.
