| The reverse engineering and its key technique of auto panel are researched and explored in this paper, which takes example for the reverse engineering of auto panel and supercharger impeller, and which based on that the research status, application of reverse engineering in the manufacture field at present are analyzed and summarized.The techniques of data preprocessing in reverse engineering are discussed in detail after all kinds of measuring methods are analyzed and compared. By preprocessing scanning data of impeller and engine-hood, the general manipulation flow of data preprocessing is explored. What's more, a new method is brought forward, that is firstly getting the information of the structure feature of the part, the type of point cloud and then doing the others. The method may improve the efficiency of data processing. In addition, the importance and the methods of extracting feature point cloud are described and the fundamentals of data segmentation are outlined.The basic theory and methods of surface reconstruction are researched. The surface can be constructed rapidly as requested if the difference and fairness analysis are applied to the surface reconstruction process. The modeling technique integrating forward design with reverse engineering is proposed, which can improve redesign capability of complex parts.The role of press direction in panel process planning is analyzed, and a set of object functions are created based on the criteria of press direction selection. An optimization model for draw direction is established, which uses the evaluated function method, and the optimization program is developed using MFC in UG/Open. The graphics library of pressing die standard parts is also developed on UG software platform to make the design and assembly of panel dies more efficient.The numerical control machining methods and the process parameters are researched, and the draw die of engine-hood isprogrammed in the module of UG/CAM to realize rapid manufacturing of panel die. |
