Study On The Use Of Vinaigrette Fiber And Its Knitted Fabrics

Today's society,with the rapid development of the era of progress,science and technology,people more and more high to the requirement of clothing,at the same time the market demand for high-grade acrylic clothing is becoming more and more big,modified acrylic also received extensive attention of people.Vinegar green fiber is formed by butt joint of cellulose acetate and acrylic of a modified acrylic fiber.The fiber is a new kind of fiber which is studied by jilin chemical fiber group.Its cross-section is approximately round,and the fiber is a short fiber of 1.33 dtex.This topic selection of vinegar green fiber and acrylic fiber as the research object,the performance of the selected two kinds of fiber testing found that vinegar,antistatic properties of the green fiber are better than ordinary acrylic fiber,analysis of the fiber cross section,the vinegar circular cross section of the green fiber can improve the moisture absorption performance of the fiber.The antistatic properties of vinegar blue fiber were improved by the connection with cellulose acetate.Selected the 11 kinds of textile and clothing industry and the practical application of knitted fabrics,including 7 kinds of main composition for vinegar green fiber knitted fabric,three kinds of knitted fabric for acrylic fiber,1 kind of knitted fabric for acetate.The structural parameters of fabric are analyzed.The physical and mechanical properties of knitted fabrics were tested and analyzed,and the wear-resisting properties of the fabric were superior to those of acrylic fibers and acetate fibers.Through the thermal comfort of knitted fabric test,namely the knitted fabric of moisture absorption,air permeability,porosity,capillary effect,moisture permeability,warmth retention property,rapid changes in temperature,and so on performance comparison and analysis,the study found that the factors affecting the fabric air permeability is numerous,including surface density,fabric thickness,porosity,a variety of factors such as the fabric structure,but the porosity of the fabric permeability is the most obvious impact,namely the knitted fabric porosity,the greater the permeability of fabric,the better,and surface density of the fabric thickness and permeability is in inverse proportion.The fabrics containing the vinegar blue fiber have good peng-ness,good dimensional stability,warmth and antistatic property.This subject adopts the KES compressibility and fabric style tester for fabric grinding has carried on the test and analysis,and by adopting the combination of subjectiveevaluation and objective analysis method,the fabric style is reviewed.Results show that the fabric full volume was mainly affected by the compression performance in terms of the thickness of fabrics,containing vinegar green fiber fabric has the advantages such as fluffy.
