Voriconazole is a kind of triazole antifungal drugs,it is an important way that promote to synthesis the ergosterol in fungus,the lack of ergosterol will damage the cell membrane structure and function,which led to the deaths of fungus,eventually.Therefore,it is very important practical significance that modificating of structure of voriconazole is to improve the antimicrobial activity,the paper based on the coordination effect of metal complexes,voriconazole as ligand was synthesized copper and zinc metal complexes,and the complexes were characterized by spectrum technology,we research antimicrobial activity of metal complexes by the method of MIC.Four coordination complexes have been successfully constructed,respectively,[Cu?FZ?2?CH3COO?2?H2O?2]·2H2O?1?,[Cu?FZ?2?NO3?2]?2?,[(Cu2?FZ?2?H2O?8]?SO4?2·4H2O?3?,[Zn?FZ?2Cl2]?4?,chemical composition and structure of four complexes characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction,X-ray powder diffraction,EA,FT-IR,XRD,UV and TGA,besides,the fluorescent in the complex 4 has been investigated,In comparison to the spectrum of FZ,the emission maximum of the complex 4 is slightly blue shifted about 11nm,the strong fluorescence emission indicates that it may be used as underlying photoluminescent materials.The antimicrobial activity of four complexes are tested by the method of MIC,Candida albicans,Candida krusei,Candida glabrata,Cryptococcus neoformans,Aspergillus niger,Aspergillus terreus,Aspergillus fumigatus,Aspergillus flavus are selected,the antimicrobial activity of four complexes are compared,approximately,1?2?3?4?FZ,the antibacterial ability is better than the ligand,which attribute to coordination effect,the different antimicrobial activity between complexes and conplexes mainly belongs to space effect and the electronic effect,it provides potential application in the field of antibacterial drugs and antibacterial materials application.Pranoprofen contains three-ring structure of propionic acid compounds,its chemical name is 2-5H-[1]Benzopyrano[2,3-b]pyridin-7-ylpropionicacid,molecular formula is C15H13NO3,molecular weight is 255.27,it has significant anti-inflammatory,analgesic,antipyretic,anti-rheumatism effect,it is an organic molecules that contain nitrogen heterocyclic carboxylic acids,it shows strong coordination ability and the diversity of coordination modes,the paper reports a cobalt complex,its molecular formula is[Co(C15H12NO3)2]?5?,the complexe,which is characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis,after refinement,the structure of the complex is disordered structure,the X-ray powder diffraction,EA,IR,XRD,TA are further to test,magnetic study shows that it is diamagnetism.
