It was believed that vanadium coordinates might be the most promising one. Here we obtained a series of new hydrazone vanadium coordination compounds, and investigated their crystal structures, coordination features and physico-chemical properties. There are four parts in thesis:1. Review on vanadium coordination compounds with biological and medicine activities. In this part we systematically introduced the development of vanadium coordination compounds in recent years, especially those with parainsulin natures, treating DM functions and analogic biology enzyme, and some related coordination configuration and.construction features were briefly stated.2. Introduction on Schiff base ligands, and exploration on the biological activity of its metal coordination compounds, background selection and ligands synthesis. More than ten kinds of hydrazone ligands and several other kinds of ligands were obtained, and most of them were hydrophobic.3. Synthesis and characteristic of vanadium coordination compounds. These compounds were obtained through routine methods and its single crystal cultivated by ether diffusing way. All the synthesized coordination compound were analyzed by spectrums such as IR,UV-Vis, EDAX, 1H NMR, and X-ray diffraction.4. Analyses and discussions about crystal structures and properties of coordination compounds. In brief, all products we synthesized have double oxygen bond, while central ion coordination configurations are tetragonal, trigonal or octahedral.
