In this paper,three-dimensional PGS scaffolds was synthesized on different ratio of sebacic acid and glycerol,and the porogen was NaCl crystal.The microstructure,mechanical properties,degradation performance and cell culture behavior of the series PGSs were characterized by infrared analysis,X-ray diffraction analysis,the tensile test and cell culture.Experimental results show that,with the increase of sebacic acid proportion,the cross linking density of polymer elastomer decreased and then increased,rupture strength increased while elongation at break decreased,the samples on the reactant molar 1.2:1 ratio of sebacic acid and glycero displayed the highest elastic modulus.All the samples have good water absorption,and the water absorption increased with the increase of sebacic acid proportion,show good degradation performance;with the increase of sebacic acid proportion,the water contact angle of PGSs increased,the hydrophilic property of PGSs decreased,and the cell adhesion on the sample became worse.poly?glycerol–sebacate-curcumin?ester series was synthesized on different different ratio of sebacic acid,glycerol and curcumin.The microstructure,mechanical properties,Shape memory effect,and drug release performance of the series polymers were characterized by infrared analysis,X-ray diffraction analysis,the tensile test,differential scanning calorimetry analysis?DSC?and ultraviolet spectrophotometer analysis.Experimental results show that keep the curcumin proportion,with the reactant molar ratio of sebacic acid and glycero decreased,the cross linking density decreased,the elasticity modulus changed in the range of 0.290.34MPa,degradation and drug release rate became faster,112 days later the drug release percentage ranged from 10.28%to 16.47%,and the glass transition temperature Tg of polymers decreased,ranged from 3.6 to 35.7?,the shape retention rate ranged from 86.7%to 97.5%and shape recovery rate ranged from82.2%to 94.3%,the samples on the reactant molar 10:8:3?A2?ratio of sebacic acid,glycerol and curcumin displayed the best shape memory effect,of which the shape retention rate was 92.4%and shape recovery rate was 90.4%.Keep the reactant molar ratio of sebacic acid and glycero,with the increase of curcumin,the cross linking density of polymers increased.the elasticity modulus changed in the range of 0.10.79MPa,degradation and drug release rate became slower,112 days later the drug release percentage ranged from 11.2%to 18.59%,and the glass transition temperature Tg of polymers increased,ranged from 5.5 to 47.7?,the shape retention rate ranged from 87.2%to 96.3%and shape recovery rate ranged from 86.3%to 96.2%,the samples on the reactant molar10:8:4?B3?ratio of sebacic acid,glycerol and curcumin displayed the best shape memory effect,of which the shape retention rate was 87.2%and shape recovery rate was 96.2%.
