| The economic loss caused by seawater pollution has become one of the major bottlenecks that restricts the development of Chinese marine economy.Without effective protection of the marine environment, the status of maritime power is hard to establish. The deterioration of the seawater quality will lead to the loss of the marine economy, but will also affect the balance of the development of the marine industry. It is of great significance to calculate the economic loss of seawater pollution, clarify the structural factors that affect the balance of economic losses caused by water pollution in the marine industry, and improve the management and protection of seawater environment in coastal waters and promote the healthy and coordinated development of marine economy. Therefore, this article focuses on the research on the economic loss of seawater pollution in marine industry in coastal cities in our country.Firstly,it studies the economic loss caused by the destruction of seawater quality, then compares the water pollution caused by seawater between cities and marine industries. Finally, this paper empirically investigates the elastic relationship between the pollutants of inorganic nitrogen, labile phosphate, chemical oxygen demand and oil,the economic loss of marine fishery and coastal tourism water pollution and the economic loss of water pollution in marine industry deviate from the structural factors,so as to provide scientific advice and countermeasures for the protection of marine water environment in the coastal cities and the balanced development of the marine industry. The preliminary conclusions obtained in this paper have the following three points: First, there is a significant positive correlation between the concentration of marine pollutants and the loss of marine industry, and seawater pollutants can cause the destruction of the function of seawater features.Second, the economic loss of coastal water pollution in coastal tourism is significantly higher than marine fisheries. The economic loss of seawater pollution is a serious deviation between marine fishery and coastal tourism.Thirdly, the balance deviation of economic losses caused by water pollution in the marine industry is affected by structural factors such as the water pollutant concentration structure in the coastal cities, the output value structure of the marine industry and the regional economic structure. This article may be made of innovation focused on the following three aspects:Firstly, the economic loss of seawater pollution for coastal cities is calculated.Based on the research perspectives of coastal cities, this paper calculates the comprehensive loss rates of seawater pollution in offshore areas of the related marine industries in 47 coastal cities of China and calculates the economic losses of water pollution in marine fisheries and coastal tourism.Through the calculation of the economic loss value, the distribution of the economic loss of seawater pollution in coastal cities from different marine industries was analyzed,so as to clarify the coastal cities should pay attention to which industries the marine environmental governance and the harmonious development of marine economy.Secondly, the industrial deviation index for the economic loss of water pollution in marine industry has been established. This paper analyzes the relationship between the concentrations of seawater pollutants and the loss of functional value of marine industrial water bodies. For first time, the industrial deviation index of economic losses of marine industrial water pollution is constructed, which is divided into relative equilibrium deviations and absolute equilibrium deviations,The structural factors that influence the economic loss of seawater pollution in the marine industry are discussed.Thirdly,it reveals the structural factors that affect the economic loss of seawater pollution. In this paper, the first empirical study on measurement based on the measured results not only verifies the elastic relationship between pollutant concentrations and economic losses in the seawater, but also reveals the structural factors that affect the balance of economic losses caused by water pollution in the marine industry. |
