Research Of Process In Phosphorite Beneficiation

As the phosphate rock in China is mainly the low and medium grade cellophane,the enrichment of phosphate rock resources is necessary first.The flotation is widely used as the most efficient phosphorus enrichment method.However,the price of phosphate rock is lower in recent years with the high cost of the flotation.The sustainable development of phosphate rock flotation industry needs to decrease the cost of flotation process and potions.Meanwhile,it is wrong to reduce the performance of the flotation with some wastage and water.This paper discusses the Wuhan LongYing collector FX and FW series of anti-flotation reagents were tested for minerals.For the flotation test of phosphate rock used in the chemical processing workshop in Liu Guo,the process of reverse flotation was adopted to get the concentration of P₂O₅ in the concentrate of 30.73%and the content of MgO in 0.6%,and the industrial tests were conducted with various indexes.For the phosphate rock flotation test at Mabian Southern Mining Co.,Ltd.,the counter-flotation process at a normal temperature was used to obtain the concentrate yield of 65.49%,the P₂O₅ grade of 29.10%,the MgO content of 1.07%and the recovery rate of 69.80%of the better technical indicators.For the phosphate rock flotation test of ShiKeFeng Sichuan Leibo Co.,Ltd,when the ore is NiuZhaiZi:Ore purchased ore=2:1 with ore,using sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid as the adjusting agent,The sweeping process can obtain a good process index of 72.12%of concentrate,24.98%of P₂O₅,0.75%of MgO,89.34%of recovery,and tailings grade of 4.62%.In addition,the field pharmacy was also used to test the phenomenon of the test and the test results were compared,the experimental data show that the company Pharmacy laboratory test indicators are better than the same conditions Wengfu Pharmacy index data.Through the grade of the concentrate,the flotation efficiency of flotation can determine the performance and effect of flotation agent.It is found that there are kinds of flotation of phosphate rock reverse flotation agents with good performance and low cost through the experiment.
