The tower crane joint welding process with the defect means the produced metal connections without exact match or bad connection phenomenon during welding process.If the tower crane joint welding process with the defect was including in the process,it will directly affect the safety of the tower crane joint welding.The master's thesis is focus on analyzing the system design and application of a tower crane joint welding.First of all,it's started from learning the background and the significance of the tower crane joint welding,and the application situation of the automatic welding robots to understand what the current defects of the tower crane joint welding are,and the particular of the application of the automatic welding robots.Secondly,a general overall design idea is proposed by the application process requirement then making sure of each step to fulfill the modular design.It's including the mechanical support structure,mechanical transmission process,and the selection of robots and the welding power source etc.The master's thesis is focus on the analysis of robot modules and verifies the feasibility of each single module design.Lastly,the final tower crane joint welding process and requirement is processed based on the designed module to mechanical transmission and programming of the tower crane joint welding.According to the confirmed welding process requirement,to adjust the parameters of welding power source then analyzing joint welding process are kept going until all technological requirement fulfilled.The master's thesis provides the results focus on the real process.By learning the know-how and knowledge of advanced robot integrated application,a complete automatic welding platform is built to run all intelligent manufacturing application and requirement.The welding power source,robot,and displacement tooling is designed after considered selection.A designed tower crane joint welding is completed with robot integrated automatic welding according to the application structure,the combination of PLC,the robot and the function of the mechanical device and related corresponding sensor.The designed system achieves precisely and efficiently the application of the tower crane joint welding.Each step of the system is exclusively designed for the needs of the tower crane joint welding.There're including automatic positioning and multiple locating of the tower crane joint welding as well as the application of persistent multiple tracks of the whole system.It provides more stable quality of the tower crane joint welding.Moreover,the result of the analysis provides the key points when evaluating better quality and efficiency of the tower crane joint welding are including the proper selection of the welding power source and robots,and reasonable design of the transmission process structure for better effects.
