At present,the demand for coal mine energy in our country still maintains a very high number and is highly dependent.How to ensure that each coal mine can be safely exploited and accident-free operation is a serious problem that every practitioner needs to solve in order to ensure long-term social We will continue to provide energy in a steady manner to meet the domestic demand in China.The Yangcun Coal Mine is located in the northwest of Yanzhou Coalfield and is a coal-generation project.It is the first mine built by the Yanzhou Mining Bureau to the country.With the continuous deepening of coal mining,the ground bearing capacity of the mined-out area in the mining area will constantly change.The surface pressure will cause the collapse of the mined-out area.Combustible gases such as gas will easily accumulate in the tunnel and the explosion is easy to occur.Therefore,the use of filling technology for a certain backfill of the goaf,can effectively prevent the surface subsidence and surrounding rock avalanche and fire and explosion accidents.The use of mining filling technology can effectively avoid this problem,by filling the way to protect and isolate the mining face,even if the internal fire,the filling zone can effectively block the fire,the casualties and losses to a minimum.The project background of this article is dependent on the Yangcun coal mine.Since the old lanes of the 315 isolated island faces in Yangcun Coal Mine not only grow up in total,but also have various types and forms,it is very difficult for the mining.In order to ensure normal mining,according to the relationship between the old lane and the working face,the supporting of the old lane and so on,select the low sulfur content,non-radioactive material such as fly ash or slag ash,Bag filling method,the pre-mining preparation for the construction of the old lane in advance in order to achieve safe working conditions of the entire face,making the entire recovery process can be carried out smoothly and safely.Through the analysis of the "three-zone theory" of overlying strata in roadway,according to the changes of the mechanical conditions of the overlying strata in the process of working face mining,the caving zone and fractured zone in roof of each roadway are calculated,Support the segment.Further,according to the distribution of the actual caving zone and fracture zone in each lane,two filling methods were determined and the design and implementation of the concrete filling support technology was carried out.And summarize the results of the segmented filling technology,proving that the expected filling effect has been achieved and the working face can be successfully recovered.
