Environmental pollution governance has been a problem of globalization and it has been a wake-up call for the whole world.However,the pollution of the iron and steel industry is very serious among them and the typical pollution is sintering flue gas.In order to respond the demand of China,each iron and steel company in China has put the pollution of desulfurization and denitration in a top position.And the development and application of this technology is very imminent.Firstly,control technology design and application of a set of sintering flue gas denitration desulfurization integration for iron and steel enterprises is studied based on Siemens PLC 1500 by analysing semi-dry french sintering flue gas denitration and desulfurization technology which is researched by Denmark GEA NIRO company.Meanwhile,configuring and building core important equipment and transmission system and its software and hardware platform.Secondly,according to the requirements of the desulfurization and denitrification process system,we adopted the latest Siemens PLC system of S7-1500 and Bo special programming software and WinCC monitoring software.Design applications and platforms for hardware and software system,network configuration,communication and power supply systems in control system.The detail and process optimization are done for pulping system,flue gas system,dust removal system,booster fan system etc.and achieve highly automated control by realization of the system block diagram and logic program.And improve the desulfurization denitration efficiency and stability of the system through adding PID optimal control to control system and closed-loop control for the temperature and S02 and NOx.All these provide a powerful guarantee that is to meet the national sewage indexes and improve the quality of by-product.Moreover,engineering and operation cost are reduced greatly and the efficiency of dust removal system is improved by optimizing matrix control of integration process and dust removal system.It is make the enterprise complete the task of state environmental protection and reduce the huge environmental protection investment budget and the burden.Finally,a lot of manpower and energy resources are saved and pollution is reduced greatly by latest Siemens's boto monitoring software and remote sampling,interlocking,alarm,tendency and other important data and automatic control achieves a high degree automation level.These can make contribution to the national energy conservation and environmental protection...
