Study On Key Technology Of Microwave Puffing Areca

Recently years,areca has stepped into people’s life more and more,and the market demand is expanding rapidly.In the competition of market development,consumers are expecting higher and higher product quality.During the traditional way of puffing areca boiled and press extruded,The areca fiber inside and outside is heated by uneven force,especially heat stress of coarse and fine fiber leads to greater differences,coarse fiber is strong hardness,during chewing,affecting consumers on the quality,taste and feeling of the experience,and oral stimulation of coarse fiber is the leading cause of oral diseases,affecting the overall development of areca industry.How to effectively soften and refine the coarse fiber is the key to the technical improvement of areca processing industry.Microwave puffing areca new process equipment can effectively solve this problem.This dissertation mainly discusses the new technology and equipment of microwave puffing areca,studies the process of microwave puffing areca,solves the key technology of equipment,and develops the new technology equipment of microwave puffing areca.Firstly the feasibility of microwave puffing areca process was selected and demonstrated by combining theoretical analysis with practice,and the related technological parameters were obtained.Then the key technology of microwave puffing areca equipment was solved,especially the design and size of microwave resonant cavity,the transmission mode and the material conveying design with high position and width,the development of the heat isolation module setting,and the cooling system and safety leakage suppression affiliated system design.Secondly,through the design of cavity size,transmission speed,conveyor belt deviation correcting device details,and the electric control part,expounded the design and manufacture of microwave puffing areca equipment,designed the cleaning,charging,unloading and the subsidiary system according to the application details in the production,and made analysis summary.A new technology of microwave puffing areca was applied in this study.When expanding areca,the internal and external fibers of areca,coarse and fine fibers can be evenly expanded,which can effectively solve the softening problem of coarse fiber.The research and development microwave puffing areca equipment has the advantages of safety and reliability,stable product quality,high degree of automation.
