Research On Citizen Participation In Ecological Civilization Construction

With the development of socialist modernization,ecological civilization construction is becoming more and more important.Although China has increased the intensity of ecological civilization construction,but some problems still need our reflection.In the construction of ecological civilization,the government should change its concept,give citizens more rights and more channels of participation.Because the citizens are not only the protectors of ecological civilization construction,but also the consumers.They daily life is closely related to the ecological quality.The perspective of citizen participation change the way of participation,solve the existing problems on the construction of ecological civilization,which is to implement the concept of scientific development,building a socialist harmonious society,implement the spirit of the18 th and promote the construction of ecological civilization.Based on the analysis of Participation the questionnaire survey of citizens,this paper studies the problems of citizen participation in the construction of ecological civilization,and focuses on the application of citizen participation theory in ecological construction.By issuing questionnaires,summing up the problem,analyzing the reasons and putting forward the corresponding countermeasures.Firstly,in this paper,a comprehensive analysis and systematic exposition of the background and significance.Through the summary of domestic and foreign literature,this paper mainly discusses the theoretical basis,including the theory of citizen participation,the theory of public participation ladder,the theory of Tragedy of Commons.Based on these theories,the research methods and main ideas are established.Secondly,it makes a detailed analysis of the concept of citizen participation in ecological civilization construction,emphasizes the importance of citizen take part in the construction of ecological civilization,and introduces the present situation and the problems of citizen participation in the construction of ecological civilization in China.Through scientific method analyze citizen participation in the construction of ecological civilization,combined with the actual situation of the citizen participation in the survey,it draws to a conclusion that the citizens awareness of the ecological civilizationconstruction and attitude of ecological civilization construction,then,through by sorting out the construction of ecological civilization related information,it finds that the problems mainly in the process of citizen participation and channels,this thesis discuss the causes about them.Finally,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the participation of citizens in the construction of ecological civilization,how to improve the government response ability,and how to improve the system of ecological civilization construction.
