After recent years of chemical corrosion inhibition technology governance,wate injection pipeline corrosion rate was 94%in the southern oilfield ground,and the control effect is remarkable.But at the end of the well pipe corrosion rate is still high.After analysis,the main reason is that chemical corrosion inhibition can't remove the sulfide in the wastewater.Reducing the harm of sulfide corrosion and researching how to remove sulfide in wastewater technology has an important function and meaning.According to the above problem,I has carried out investigation and research technique to remove sulfur.Because the catalytic oxidation sulpHur removal technology has easy operation,low cost and good sulfur effect,finally I chose catalytic oxidation desulpHuration technology to carry out the indoor feasibility study:I carry out the gas liquid ratio and sulpHur removal effect research,with the increase of gas liquid ratio,the removal rate of sulfide in water;I study on the effect of corrosionl,catalytic oxidation wastewater after eliminating sulfur corrosion rate reduced by more than 70%;I research on the thermal stability of S2O32-;Under the condition of sewage system,S2O32-isn't occured decomposition after being heated.I carry out the CO2 impact on the stability research of S2O32-;Under the condition of sewage systems,CO2 will not cause S2O32-decomposition.I carry out the research on the effects of SRB reproduce after eliminating sulfur wastewater,sewage after eliminating sulfur for SRB reproduce no obvious role in promoting.According to the actual situation of southern oil fields and on the basis of success in the catalytic oxidation of indoor experiment,I select XiaoJi unite station to carry out the field test.Through the field test application,I has obtained the following aspects:When the gas liquid ratio is 1:1-0.5:1,sulpHur removal rate is over 99%.Catalytic oxidation wastewater after eliminating sulfur corrosion rate is reduced by more than 50%.The catalytic oxidation of sulpHur removal technology has a little influence on the content of dissolved oxygen in water,not adding water corrosion due to dissolved oxygen.Wage water stays the same after desulphuration and water type is still calcium chloride water type.After catalytic oxidation eliminating sulfur sewage sulfide with putting increased with the extension of time,the analysis of the reason may be due to the wastewater of SRB to SO42 reduction of S2-.Catalyzing oxidation desulpHuration technology does not increase sewage scaling tendency.Catalytic oxidation desulpHuration removal techniques in XiaoJi unite station test application,can convert this governance by preventing corrosion,improve the technical level.The next step in the application process,we should strengthen the quality stability of technology research,solute the problem of desulpHuration sewage sulfide content increasing after placing,and improve the adaptability of this technology.
