In order to promote the development of shale gas industry in China,the National Develop ment and Reform Commission and Energy Department approved to Establish a national demo nstration area of shale gas industrialization in Weiyuan and Changning.Through the construction of the demonstration zone,the main development technology,form the characteristic mode of management,training of shale gas technology and management personnel,built 20×108m3production capacity,to achieve effective scale shale gas development,leading to the development of shale gas industry in china.Ning 201-H1 well is the first horizontal shale gas wells,completed in 2012 for the first time made fracturing,Changning shale gas production dynamic characteristics in the region without network situation,from April 20,2012 to July 16th,with the 6mm nozzle by using heat exchanger,separator,oil vent test,test by Nissan 15 × 104m3 high yield air flow,ignition 81 days a total air volume put about900.58 × 104m3?In order to avoid testing natural gas waste,the CNG recycling process has been added to Ning 201-H1 well,which has achieved the success of the tanker transportation of natural gas,and has achieved success in the recovery and utilization of shale gas.Well Ning201-Hl accomplished the tanker transportation of naturalgas after increasing the CNG recovery and utilization process.lt makes a great success of shale gas's recovery and utilization.This article formed 4 kinds of combined processes thro ugh modular and skid mounted design which based on the test of he CNG recovery and utiliza tion process.These 4 kinds for different pressure levels are described as follow:(1)When the w ellhead pressure is greater than 27MPa,chose the process of heating pry + high pressure separ ation gas pry + high pressure molecular sieve dehydration pry + storage pry + aerated pry.(2)When the wellhead pressure is between 20MPa and 27MPa,chose the process of high pressure separation gas pry + high pressure molecular sieve dehydration pry + storage pry + aerated pr y.(3)When the wellhead pressure is between lOMPa and 20MPa,chose the process of high pre ssure separation gas pry + pressurization and high pressure molecular sieve dehydration pry +storage pry + aerated pry.(4)When the wellhead pressure is between 3.5MPa and 10MPa,chos e the process of low pressure separation gas pry + pressurization and high pressure molecular sieve dehydration pry + storage pry + aerated pry.The combined process can meet the needs o f the test of venting shale gas recovery in southern Sichuan area without pipe network,and ach ieved smaller space requiring,safe,quick installation,convenient movement and high performa nce-price ratio.The organization of construction and operation of the non-pipe network ventin g natural gas CNG recovery and utilization process has guiding significance for the developm ent of such processes in the future,and it is worth to popularize and applicate.
