With the continuous development of the domestic economic construction and theimprovement of people ’s living standards, China’s demand for energy, especially oil demandrising energy has become a priority to find a new energy strategy development, at this time, oilshale retorting technology ushered in important development opportunities, governments andbusinesses are racing to develop oil shale retorting set of technologies. Oil shale oil obtained bylow-temperature carbonization temperature, obtained by the recovered oil shale importantalternative to oil, coal coking and now domestic reference used in high temperature process toimprove the recovery of shale oil and gas, domestic oil washing condensate recovery process isstill not yet improve basic research. The foreign oil shale retorting process condensate recoverysystem in addition to using washing process as well as the use of oil washing process outside.Oil washing process is relatively advanced, while energy and material consumption, lessinvestment in equipment and so great prospects for development. Only with respect to thewashing process as a cooling oil shale fuel oil, crude oil and gas scrubbing process into thegasoline, diesel, gas oil and heavy oil, improve utilization value. This article will use chemicalprocess simulation software PRO-II to high temperature wash oil shale oil recovery processdetailed simulation, the composition of shale oil by chromatography-mass spectrometryanalysis of shale oil distillation curve were experimentally determined by a detailed comparisonof the simulation results analysis, the choice of oil wash merger process optimization, andultimately determine compliance with the requirements of actual production of oil washingprocess, a clear process indicators, selected key equipment.This article CNPC shale samples Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province, Willow RiverBasin oil shale ore Five forest, oil shale ore has a high moisture content, volatile larger, highercalorie, high carbon content, hydrogen, nitrogen content than high oil rate, and low harmfulcomponents, is in the low ash, low sulfur oil-rich deposit, suitable for oil refining, chemicals,liquefied and fuel.Oil washing process was studied in reference to the relevant foreign oil washing processand the basis of existing refining, catalytic cracking and ethylene and other aspects ofengineering experience, choose washing oil quench process and the main fractionator twoprocesses, and the choice of the respective two oils wash technology for PRO/II simulation andoptimization. Through comparative analysis of energy recovery shows that the energy of themain fractionator matching process more rational, to the greatest extent possible shortage of gasheat recovery and energy higher taste.
