Some rare minerals have the ability to release negative ions,the applications of these minerals to textiles can increase the added value of textiles.This paper developed negative ionic polyester fabric using the function of releasing negative ions,and analyzed the effect of the weft density,weft yarn cross-section shape parameters such as on the properties of fabric,and analyzed the content of nano titanium powders for fabric PM2.5generates negative ions,antimicrobial properties,adsorption,adsorption odor.A total of 16 kinds of polyester fibers were fabricated by using four kinds of nano-titanium anion powder content,three kinds of drawing times and three kinds of cross-section.The results show that the breaking strength,elongation at break,moisture regain,water content and crystallinity of anion polyester fiber are decreased with the increase of the draw ratio,the content of anion powder and the increase of the shape.This paper used two method to developed negative ion-type polyester fabric:(1)Using the anion polyester fiber to develope negative ion-type polyester fabric,negative ion polyester as weft,changing fabric weft density,weft section weaving 8 kinds of polyester fabric;(2)the second is based on negative ion coating to develope negative ion-type polyester fabric,to colloid concentration,concentration of powder,baking temperature,baking time for variable coating scheme of the orthogonal experiment design,selecting the optimal process,the optimal process for the coating gel concentration 6%,temperature 160℃,time of 15 min.This paper tested and analysised the performance and function of the egative ion-type polyester fabric.The results show that the increase of the weft density of the fabric reduces the thermal comfort of the fabric,while the negative ion powder content in the negative ion coated fabric has no significant effect on the thermal comfort of the fabric;The content of negative ions in the polyester fabric,nano titanium gold content in the coating agent and fabric anion release quantity there exists a linear relationship,the correlation coefficient was 0.903 and 0.953;Anion content of polyester is higher than37 root/cm,anion powder content in the coating agent is higher than 2.5g/m2 of the negative ion fabric antibacterial effect to achieve"effective",compared to the same conditions,profiled fiber antibacterial effect is better than round fiber;Based on two kinds of anion anion coating polyester and polyester fabric on the adsorption rate of PM2.5 highest is per minute 1.07 ug/m3 and 2.93 ug/m3;The two kinds of polyester fabric for odor adsorption rate is up to 6%and 15%per hour.
