The Processing Technology Research Of Fabric With Negative Ions And Clothing Product Design

The paper mainly use negative ions powder to modify cotton fabric and then evaluate the efficacy of the modified process by the amount of negative ions.After,components of garment is designed and made by the modified fabric with negative ions.Meanwhile,Use subjective and objective evaluation method to judge the effect of the modified fabrics.the research finds that modified fabric with negative ions has a remarkable effect.The conclusions are as follows.First,the experimental materials and methods have been chosen.After preliminary experiment,it has been decided to choose the raw materials and process method and measurement method used in making fabrics with negative ions.The first step,the measurement method has been chosen to measure the fabric with negative ions.According to the stability of the negative air ions measuring instrument,use the average data from the third peak to the seventh peak as the experimental data.The second step,compares the effect of coating method and soaking method.Results showed that fabric through soaking method can release a larger amount of negative ions.The third step,chose the best effect of negative ions from eight kinds of negative ions powder.According to the amount of negative ions and its migration effect of the eight kinds of negative ions powders,3 # 1250 mesh negative ions powder contained magnesium has been determined.The fourth step,based the experimental requirements,chose silane kh560 crosslinking agent through the data access.The crosslinking agent has many advantages such as formaldehyde-free,non-toxic,safety,colorless and good adhesion.It can be crosslinked at room temperature and soluble in water.So it is suitable to applied in the experiment.Second,it researched the processing technology of fabric with negative ions.Through the control variables and comparative experiments,a best processing technology of fabric with negative ions is concluded: Based on the quality of the fabric swatch,falls into the water of bath ratio 1:10 and 5% crosslinking agent,and add 2% ethanol and 50% of the 3 # negative ions powder.Then,put fabric swatch in the cup and soak 10 min.Each step use 2 min to stir at a speed of 160 r/min.After rubbing fastness test,friction loss is low.Third,subjective and objective evaluation method of the fabric with negative ions.Considering the change of the environment and humans needs,This paper designed adetachable collar and a armhole with negative ions.In addition,it has made the collar and assessed it subjective and objective.Based the result of objective assessment,The amount of negative ions is low when people wear 1 layer collar,and higher when 2 layer collar,and highest when 3 layer collar.And based the result of subjective assessment,the air is freshness slightly when 1 layer collar,and between slight and middle when 2 layer collar,and between middle and quite when 3 layer collar.analysis by synthesis,the amout of negative ions is large through the processing technology of fabric with negative ions in this paper,and it can adapt to different environments when wear different layers.
