| With the development and utilization of natural gas energy industry in recent years,the proportion of natural gas resources has also gradually increased in Chinese urban energy structure.Due to the growing demand for natural gas,natural gas pipeline project has entered a comprehensive and large-scale construction stage.In recent years,in order to ensure the efficient operation of natural gas,it is very important to speed up the process of the project and strengthen the control of the schedule.This paper mainly analyzes the schedule of natural gas pipeline in construction phase.The schedule control in the construction phase of natural gas pipeline project has not been paid much attention by the managers,schedule management is ineffective because the way managers used to control schedule is just simply finding and solving the current problem at any time.Based on analysis of the progress and elements of the construction phase of the natural gas pipeline project,this paper studies the influencing factors of natural gas pipeline project in construction phase.And then,this paper classifies these influencing factors and conducts a system research with the combined method of literature analysis and the multi-project cases summarization.Then,this paper makes quantitative analysis through a questionnaire survey,and the 30 key influencing factors were identified by mainly considering the different roles of the project participants and the hierarchy of employees.Finally,through a case study,this paper analyzes the schedule control in construction phase of a natural gas pipeline project,and provides some relevant measures of schedule control. |
