As a non-renewable energy source,oil plays a key role in the development of the world ind ?stry.It is an extremely important and indispensable strategic resource in the process of national development and prosperity.Not to mention its role in the s?stained development of society and the national economy as well as the security protection.In recent years,Alkaline-Surfactant-Polymer flooding oil technique has developed rapidly as a new technology of tertiary oil recovery.ASP flooding oil technique has greatly improved the oil recovery through the corresponding experiment in Daqing oilfield.However,due to the influence of its oil displacement component,it is difficult to process oily wastewater.The specific performance is the increase of sewage and the complicated sewage composition,so the wastewater treatment process can not meet the requirement of water injection and water quality.In order to solve the problem of wastewater treatment produced by the ASP flooding oil technique,a large n ?mber of experimental studies have been carried out in this paper.The optim ?m combination process for the determination of water distribution is “Water-gas float-sand filter-electrochemical-ceramic membrane filtration-electrodialysis”.This paper presents a set of ASP flooding oil wastewater "double membrane" deep processing integration technology.Through the study of this project,it can be ?sed to deal with the wastewater of ASP flooding oil.It can reduce water cons ?mption and cost,protect water resources,increase oil recovery rate and provide strong guarantee for oilfield production.
