It is against Jin-16 abstract of Liaohe oilfield into the development of technology and improve the late tertiary oil recovery for the cost of technical studies.Because enhancing oil recovery is difficult using conventional recovery technology at present, we need a new means to enhance oil recovery. Although polymer flooding is effective in Jin-16 abstract, the cost is too high. So we must reseach a low-cost tertiary oil recovery means. According to the methods of tertiary oil recovery at present and geologic reservoir conditions, development course, current status of exploitation of jin-16 abstract, the best method of tertiary oil recovery in jin-16 abstract is salt-resisting comb polymer flooding in pilot research. Reasonable slug size is 0.3~0.5PV and the consistency of polymer is 0.1%~0.15%. According to the result of pilot research, the oil recovery can be increased 12 percent and the cost is 18 yuan/m3. This method is the highest benefit and the lowest cost tertiary oil recovery means in jin-16 abstract. This research points out the recovery direction of jin-16 abstract and provides a guide line for other similar abstracts.
