In recent years,suspension concentrates for seed dressing was marketed and applied widespreadly as a kind of pesticide formulations for crop seed coating in our country.In this paper,suspension concentrates for seed dressing was researched based on fipronil as the main active.The following results were obtained.In this article,the wetting dispersant of Fipronil 12% suspension concentrates for seed dressing(FS)was researched with flowing point method and zeta potential method.Combined with orthogonal experiment select,the composition of Fipronil12% FS was Fipronil 12%,FS7 3%,SC3 2%,xanthan gum 0.12%,veegum 1.5%,Acrylamides Copolymer 853 3%,warning colouration 2%,ethylene glycol 4%,defoaming agent 630 0.4%,sodium benzoate 0.4% and water supplement.This paper studied the processing technology and various additives on the stability of Fipronil 12% FS.The results show that the efficiency of grinding was effectively improved by a suitable processing technology,good physical stability of Fipronil 12% FS.The best processing technology for grinding time 1.5 h,materials and grinding media than about five.Sulfate type anionic dispersants and polyoxyethylene rosin allyl ether oxygen polymer wetting agent combination can slow the suspension system viscosity increasing effect in the process of storage,reducing system particle size in the increasing phenomenon in the process of thermal storage.The process of storage stability of Fipronil 12% FS was effectively improved by the rational wetting dispersant.Study the effect of Fipronil 12% FS,found using different concentrations on seed germination and germination rate has a promoting effect,when the concentration of 10% of seed germination severe damage phenomenon.After coating treatment on seed,the germination and germination rate were certainly promoted,and the average germination rate all above 70%.Fipronil 12% FS in peanut seed can effective prevention and control of peanuts underground pest harm,control effect in more than86%,and the prevention and treatment of seedling phenomenon dead plants,peanut emergence is fast,neat emergence,uniform in the late growing strong,fruit firmness,uniform grain number.The production was improved to 20-32%.The fitting results was important guiding significance for the development,production and promotion of suspension concentrates for seed dressing.At the same time it has significant economic benefits.
