Ultrasound as a testing means,its research originated in the first world war spy on the underwater target.During the past hundred years of rapid development,the ultrasonic testing closely integrated with the changing of the modern science and technology,growing out of the new connotation,extending the coverage of a broad.In the field of industrial nondestructive testing,a research hotspot in recent years is the ultrasonic phased array inspection technology.Ultrasonic phased array abroad mainly concentrated in many fields such as aerospace,construction industry,manufacturing industry,in our country is still in its infancy.It's promulgated on October 1,2016 for the GB/T32563-2016 ultrasonic testing phased array ultrasonic testing method standards in China.Measurement uncertainty according to the dependability of the test results,it is closely related with the measured results of parameters It is fit for measuring the value of the given each domain,also applies to nondestructive testing technology in the value of those methods are given.At present,most of the nondestructive testing agencies not to analyze the reliability of the testing data and calculating the uncertainty.As a result,the reporting of the results of the test is still not enough science.The ultrasonic phased array detection have been in the field of foreign medical,military and industrial development of mature,domestic nondestructive testing field uncertainty evaluation mainly concentrated in conventional ultrasonic testing,based on phased array detection little research.Second,in the research of ultrasonic phased array detection.Principle of ultrasonic phased array detection,scanning mode,common crack,blowhole defect quantitative methods.Main innovation points: in the domestic first proposed based on the uncertainty of ultrasonic phased array testing evaluation research;based in conventional AATT to measure depth of crack,based on the combination of cutting-edge difference to measure the crack depth,and make contrast,further deepen the study of phased array quantitatively.Workpiece design,on the basis of NB/T47013-2015 and other related testing standard topics chosen experiment of workpiece material,thickness,considering the size of the common defects and types.Through the experimental research stage,phased array sector scan of different types of artificial preset simulate defects,such as crack,air hole,measurement model analysis,and measured the results analysis and integration.Defect quantitative uncertainty analysis stage,the establishment of mathematical model for the analysis of sources of uncertainty,standard uncertainty components evaluation of various influencing factors,and the crack depth,length,respectively,hole depth,diameter,and the expanded uncertainty evaluation.The results showed that ultrasonic phased array testing crack depth uncertainty value is big,because of the limitations on artificial preset defects,crack open rack,and the crack length itself factors,such as the second wave incident Angle influence to the defect end,measuring results is big.According to JJF1338-2012?standard of phased array ultrasonic flaw detector calibration?artificial defects imaging of vertical and horizontal geometry size measurement error is generally not more than 5%,the deflection measured length of crack and porosity,the defect error is small,high precision.Subject based on Q235 steel research,ultrasonic phased array detection uncertainty is filled in the domestic ultrasonic phased array testing research vacancy at the direction of measurement uncertainty,and strong evidence of nondestructive testing field the dependability of the test results,after the ultrasonic phased array inspection in conventional industrial test the accuracy of the measurement results provide powerful basis.
