Fe-based amorphous alloys have attracted great attention because of their superior properties such as excellent soft magnetic and mechanical properties,as well as their low materials costs and abundant natural resources. As a result,Fe-based amorphous alloys have been widely used in electronics industry such as transformers, sensors, and so on.Therefore,it is very important to study the mechanism about the excellent magnetic and mechanical properties of Fe-based amorphous alloys.By taking Fe-based amorphous alloys as the research object in this dissertation,FeNiPC glassy ribbons was prepared by arc melting and Melt-spinning apparatus, the microstructures and soft magnetic properties of the glassy ribbons were measured by X-ray diffraction and vibrating sample magnetometer.Energy band theory and other theory were used for further discussing of its impact mechanism. In order to further study the relationship between the mechanical properties and the microstructure of Fe-based amorphous alloys,we have prepared FeCoBSiNb Bulk amorphous alloys with good glass forming ability, and we have studied the atomic-scale structural heterogeneity of several types amorphous alloys. The relationship between mechanical properties and atomic-scale structural heterogeneity was obtained by using local oscillation model and least squares fitting method. The main works includes:On the basis of FePC ternary alloy,Fe80-xNixP13C7(x=0-30)glassy ribbons with excellent soft magnetic properties were prepared by partial substitution of Fe by Ni.The effects of Ni substitution for Fe on the thermal characteristics, soft magnetic properties et al.of the ribbons were analyzed and interpreted in detail. It was found that the thermal stability of the ribbons decreased first and then increased with the increase of Ni content. The effective permeability is increased, while the coercive forces is decreased monotonously with increasing Ni,and the soft magnetic properties of the alloys are improved greatly. The Curie temperature is improved and the trend is increased first reaches a maximum and then decreased. The FeCoBSiNb bulk amorphous alloys were used as the experimental object, the atomic-scale structural heterogeneity(f)was calculated by low temperature specific heat. The relationship between Einstein's temperature and Debye temperature is obtained by the least squares method.By comparing different Debye temperature of amorphous alloys and their main component,it was found that the amorphous alloys Debye temperature had the characteristics of inheritance their major components. The Debye temperature inheritance suggests a hierarchy of atomic bonding structure in amorphous alloys, and their microstructure can be regarded as simple harmonic vibration model. It was also found that the elastic modulus of amorphous alloys is also inherited, and it increases with the decrease of the atomic-scale structural heterogeneity.
