According to the serious phenomenon of concrete stubble slurry leaking during the grouting behind the single shaft wall,the effect of grouting to block water is not as good as expected.Due to this problem,the combination of numerical simulation and physical experiments research methods is taken,and a kind of inflatable hollow hose can be embedded in the pouring stage of the shaft wall is proposed.Through the hydraulic force to expand inflatable hollow hose’s full contact with the concrete surface,then a continuous annular sealing surface at shaft wall stubble is acquired,the purpose is to make the slurry difficult to leak to the inside of the shaft wall and improve the grouting effect.Firstly,numerical simulation has verified that the hose is fully sealed by the combination of inside pressure and slurry pressure,and the maximum contact stress value of the sealing surface is mainly related to the internal pressure of the hose,and less affected by hose wall thickness and fracture spacing.Film pressure sensor is taken to measure contact stress between hose and steel sealing surface in straight seam conceptual experiment,and the experiment intuitively reflects the capacity of the hose sealing.Water injection to test grouting quality after the completion of grouting also meet the design requirements.Secondly,to simulate the actual engineering application,numerical simulation and physical experiment about Sealing performance of concrete stubble surface is taken,and it has verified the feasibility of the sealability of the inflatable hose in the concrete seal groove.Research shows that in the process of grouting,inflatable rubber hose can effectively block serous,hose inner pressure and the thickness can choose smaller value.In case of hose inner pressure and the thickness certainly,the maximum contact stress value increased with the increase of grouting pressure,which always are greater than the grouting pressure,for which the premise of the sealing function of o-type sealing ring.
