Long-term Planning Of Internal Dumping In Surface Coal Mining

Long-term planning of internal dumping can make the reasonable dump postion in a long period of time,guide short-term dump plan.Besides,overburden transportation distance can be shortened,efficiency of the equipment can be improved and the production cost of surface mine can be reduced.So long-term planning of internal dumping has the important significance to study the theory and engineering application.According to the relationship between time and space development of surface mine,problems of long-term planning was simplified reasonably and the constraint conditions of dump’s dynamic adjustment were put forward.Aiming for minimize the total transportation cost,long-term planning model of internal dumping were established.Further more,solving process and algorithm of the model was put forward.Besides,basic data of the model was defined and its calculation method ware put forward.By using the theories and methods of calculus,interpolation,geometry and operations research,dump block position,dumping height,transportation route and value of target function were solved and solving process as well as algorithm were proposed.Zhahanao’er surface coal mine was taken as an example.The entire mining block model and dump block model and coal seam roof and floor DTM of Zhahanao’er opencast were established.Basic data was acquired from block models.Based on data and algorithm,the solution program was proposed by using 3DMine VBA interface.Acoording the calculation results of model applied in Zhahanao’er surface mine,the model calculation results can guide the rational use of surface dump space.
