Study On The Application Of Semi-continuous Stripping System In Baiyinhua Third Surface Coal Mine

Based on the present situation of mining in Baiyinhua third surface coal mine and the existing equipment conditions,application of semi-continuous stripping system with self-moveable crusher in Baiyinhua third surface coal mine was studied.During the process of study,the correlative theories of mathematical modeling,technical economics,open-pit mining theory and semi-continuous process system were applied.Baiyinhua third surface coal mine is turning now.First of all,the feasibility of using semi-continuous stripping system with self-moveable crusher during the steering period of Baiyinhua third surface coal mine was studied.According the calculation and analysis result,the efficiency of semi-continuous stripping system with self-moveable crusher is greatly reduced and the unit operating cost is high,which is not suitable to decorate and use semi-continuous stripping system with self-moveable crusher of Baiyinhua third surface coal mine during the steering period.Then the system layout level of semi-continuous stripping system with self-moveable crusher was studied in Baiyinhua third surface coal mine.According to the rock model and section,the layout level of semi-continuous stripping system with self-moveable crusher is determined to be 930 level and the layout level is no longer to be changed later.With the development of stope,there will be a turning point in the western boundary of Baiyinhua third surface coal mine.The transition scheme of semi-continuous stripping system with self-moveable crusher is studied.And application of semi-continuous stripping system with self-moveable crusher in the state transition is determined by economic comparison method.According to the analysis result,the best transition scheme is two belt conveyor added at the turning point.Finally,by statistic analysis of the actual production data of other similar surface coal mines,the economic index value was determined and the economic benefits of semi-continuous stripping system with self-moveable crusher in Baiyinhua third surface coal mine were obtained.
