| In view of China’s rich coal boundary conditions,coal has been the main energy in our country,and as one of the largest proportion of our use of energy,using the traditional way of coal has been plagued by high pollution.The clean and efficient use of coal is imperative today,as environmental pollution becomes more and more serious.Underground coal gasification power generation is a way to clean utilization of coal resources,the thesis by analyzing and comparing various environmental evaluation method,to find the suitable for evaluation of underground coal gasification power generation environmental benefits evaluation theory and method,life cycle theory,forest resource environmental benefit evaluation method and comparative analysis method;Through the study of coal underground gasification power generation in steam continuous process and oxygen-enriched air pollutant emissions and resource consumption under continuous process the environmental benefits of underground coal gasification power generation respectively in air steam continuous process and rich oxygen continuous gasification process under the premise of each generation ten thousand degrees of comprehensive environmental benefits;By studying the traditional coal power generation of various pollutants and environmental benefits,resource consumption by traditional coal mining coal comprehensive environmental benefits every ten thousand degrees of electricity;By underground coal gasification power generation in the air steam continuous process technology and the rich oxygen continuous gasification process and the traditional coal mining coal under ten thousand degrees in the same power of the environmental benefit analysis,quantitative analysis of a clean and efficient utilization of coal resources,provide reference for sustainable development.(1)Traditional discharge of pollutants in the process of coal resources exploitation and utilization of resources consumed,and the environmental benefits,there has been a scholar with shadow price analysis and evaluation,this paper introduce the shadow price of coal underground gasification power generation field,in the traditional coal mining power generation using the shadow price method combined with intention survey method.(2)The paper respectively of underground coal gasification and power generation in air steam continuous process and rich oxygen continuous gasification process under two kinds of process of various pollutants and numerical analysis on the environmental benefits of resource consumption,generating ten thousand degrees respectively two process caused by the integrated environmental benefit;Again at the same time use the shadow price method combined with intention survey on pollutant emission and resources in the traditional mining coal consumption by numerical analysis,it is concluded that the traditional coal mining power ten thousand degree caused by the integrated environmental benefit.(3)By analyzing the numerical comparison,it is concluded that the continuous process of coal underground gasification is environmentally friendly. |
