In 1898,Germany took " Ju Ye Jiao An " as an excuse to invade Qingdao and opened it as a free port and Western culture quickly passed into Qingdao,subtly influencing the Qingdao people's clothing concept into advocating suit.Hong Bang tailors coming from Ningbo,Shanghai,Tianjin and other places grasp business opportunities to open a foreign clothes shop in Qingdao.In this paper,taking the literature of Qingdao Hong Bang suit as the research object and choosing the time of modern times,based on the comprehensively finishing books,the papers,the local county magistrate,the newspapers and so on,combined with the oral information,using a variety of research methods,this paper analyzes the characteristics and influences of the development of modern Hong Bang tailors in Qingdao and explores the influence of Qingdao social factors on the formation of the culture of Hong Bang suit from the background of the formation of the culture of Hong Bang suit,the shape classification of the Hong Bang suit,the Cultural Characteristics of the Industry of Hong Bang suit shop,the inheritance of the culture of Hong Bang suit and so on four aspects.The contents are as follows:First of all,this paper explores the background of the formation of the culture of Hong Bang suit in modern Qingdao.This paper analyzes the causes of the formation of the culture of Hong Bang suit in modern Qingdao from three aspects.First,the social and historical background of Qingdao is a good platform for the formation of the culture of Hong Bang;second,the modern media culture has played a role in promoting the development of the culture of Hong Bang in Qingdao;third,the change of the clothing concept has universal and lasting influence on the spread of the culture of Hong Bang.Secondly,this paper summed up the classification of Hong Bang suit shape in modern Qingdao.Qingdao suit shape can be divided into suits,improved cheongsam,Chinese tunic suit and this paper analyzed its consumer groups respectively.Suit consumer groups are mainly urban fashion people,including businessmen,foreign staff,freelancers,civil servants,education,wealthy children and foreign students.Improved cheongsam is one of the most popular women's clothing and it uses the cutting technology of Western cut based on the traditional cheongsam,so that the traditional cheongsam becomes fit.The most consumer groups of Chinese tunic suit are the revolutionaries and government officials and it is improved from the Western costumes into Chinese national dress,containing a wealth of political connotations.The above three types of suits are deeply influenced by the geographical environment and the aesthetic of social influence,political and other factors,showing a certain characteristics of the times and regional characteristics.Again,this paper analyzed and summed up the characteristics of industry culture of the Hong Bang suit shop.This chapter summarizes the characteristics of the brand culture and the industry culture of the suit.In the brand culture of suit shop,the suit shops show a certain degree of aggregation and business model follows Shanghai,and publicity has the unique innovation.The organizational structure of the society culture of the suit industry is democratic,and the organizational structure has certain soundness,and the organizational economic function has certain validity.Finally,the main thing is to explore the impact of the culture of Hong Bang suit in modern Qingdao.Through analyzing and summing up archival materials,interviews and other information,this chapter obtained that Qingdao Hong Bang tailors cultivated local Hong Bang talent and led the suit industry of the Jinan,Yantai and other places,to provide a reference for modern advanced customization.In general,the modern Qingdao Hong Bang tailor has made outstanding contributions to Qingdao and the whole of Shandong's Suit industry.
