In order to govern the increasingly serious air pollution,the government make strict environment standard so as to control the emission of pollutant particles in production enterprises.The cartridge filter has been applied because of the advantages of less land occupation and high dust-cleaning efficiency.In this background,the project team cooperated with manufacture enterprise develop a kind of cartridge filter used for food industry to ensure enterprise flue-gas emissions and meet the national environmental standard.Combined with theoretical and experimental methods,the pulse-jet system of cartridge filter is studied,aimed to improve the main parameter and structure of pulse-jet system and provide reference for the performance improvement and development.By utilizing the method of single cartridge filter experiment,the dynamic process of dust-dropping under the original pulse-jet parameters is studied,discovering that higher dust-cleaning pressure occur at the bottom of cartridge filter while the upside of cartridge filter lack of dust-cleaning pressure,which provide foundation for the later numerical simulation and improvement of pulse-jet parameters.Numerical model reflecting the single cartridge filter pulse is established based on the original parameter design.The motion characteristics of flow field pressure is discovered based on the study of inner pressure and airflow distribution of cartridge filter.And the reason why the problem of dust-cleaning existing in the upside of cartridge filter is mainly because the high-pressure airflow form negative pressure at upside of cartridge filter and accumulate at the bottom of cartridge filter.In order to improve the characteristics of flow field distribution,the scatter is added at the downside of injector and the entrance of cartridge filter.And setting this structure can not only enhance the conversion efficiency of static and dynamic pressure by the improvement of contact area of high-pressure airflow and outside,but also improve the pressure peak of upside of cartridge filter and the pressure uniformity of different area of cartridge filter by changing the direction of airflow motion.To study the influence of pulse-jet distance to dust-cleaning effect of side wall of cartridge filter,it has been found that the pressure peak occur at the pulse-jet distance of 130 mm.According to the numerical model of engineering prototype,multiple filter model i s established in order to study the uniformity and eccentricity of pulse-jet velocity.And by analysing the pressure distribution and peak of different filters inside,the reasonable pulse-jet parameter and structure are determined,aimed to guide the research of engineering prototype and provide an improved scheme to increase the similar product's performance in the industry.
