With the increasing demand of petroleum and the turbulent international situation,increasing the own oil proportion and decreasing the dependence of other countries is significant for the development of our country.As a non-conventional energy,oil shale can generate shale oil by retorting which is similar to crude oil.Shale oil is expected to become an substitution of gas oil and diesel after which is separated and upgraded,based on this,it is meaningful to ease the tension of petroleum in our country through Exploitation and utilization of oil shale.Oil shale contains large amounts of minerals that affect the thermal decomposition of oil shale,especially the pyrite in oil shale can promote the thermal decomposition of oil shale,but some sulfur-containing gases like H2 S will also be generated during the retorting process,which can pollute the environment and damage the facility.In order to utilize the oil shale in a clean and efficient way,it’s necessary to investigate the effect of the inherent minerals and pyrite during the pyrolysis of oil shale.The experiment was carried out by pyrolysis oil shale and its kerogen from the Demineralization of oil shale under different temperature in a fixed-bed reactor to determine the products yield and characteristic of char chemical structure and oil composition by FTIR and GC-MS analysis.The basic properties of oil shale pyrolysis and the influence of their minerals on the pyrolysis process were obtained.The results showed that the Minerals can promote the decomposition of OH-N and cyclic hydroxyl groups,he fracture of long Aliphatic chain and Methyl side chain,the formation of ring structure and the remove of oxygen,but inhibite the aromatization under higher temperature,and the conversion of other oxygen into carboxyl.with the increase of temperature in the study temperature range,conversion of Oil shale is rising,the optimal temperature for oil production is 490 ℃,and the presence of minerals increased temperature to 520 ℃ and also improve the oil yield.The main component in oil shale is aliphatic hydrocarbons,minerals promote the formation of aliphatic hydrocarbons,and the formation of olefins are inhibited.In the presence of minerals,the PAC in the shale oil is main generated by the gas phase cracking reaction of the aliphatic hydrocarbon,and the mineral can reduce the sulfur content in the shale oilThe experiment was carried out by pyrolysis kerogen mixed with pyrite and Elemental sulfur under different temperature to determine the products yield and characteristic of char chemical structure and oil composition by FTIR and GC-MS analysis.The results show that the addition of pyrite and elemental sulfur is not conducive to the formation of shale oil.Pyrite plays a role in promoting the formation of gaseous hydrocarbons at low temperatures.Elemental sulfur promotes the depolymerization and cracking of macromolecules and promotes the formation of gaseous products of shale oil and small molecules.The catalytic effect is different from pyrite.The presence of pyrite and elemental sulfur inhibits the process of aromatization.PACs are mainly produced by gas phase pyrolysis of aliphatic hydrocarbons when adding pyrite,and PACs are mainly produced by Diels-Alder reaction when elemental sulfur is added.The mechanism of pyrite and elemental sulfur in promoting the formation of free radicals is the same。...
