Research On Rural Environmental Pollution Governance At Yantai

With the rapid development of China's economy and society,the environmental pollution problems in rural areas have become increasingly prominent.A series of problems caused by rural environmental pollution have begun to threaten the physical and mental health of the broad masses of the people,and restrict the overall and sustainable development of China's economy and society.However,compared with the urban and industrial environmental pollution control,there are many problems and contradictions in the rural environmental pollution control.The environmental governance in rural areas needs to be strengthened.This study takes Yantai city as the research object,through the comparative study of literature research method,survey method,research method,and understand the status of rural environmental pollution in Yantai City,points out problems of current rural environmental control in Yantai City,analyzes the root cause of problems and contradictions,in some developed countries in the long-term management of the rural environment the successful experience of domestic pollution and in some areas of governance in the process of some effective measures and innovation on the basis,puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of environmental pollution control in rural area of Yantai city.The research summarized the research background,significance of the current rural environmental pollution control,summarizes the research at home and abroad,mainly aiming at the causes of rural environmental pollution and control measures were classified in turn.And the successful experience and practice at home and abroad are summarized.Mainly in the United States,Germany,Japan and other developed countries in the process of governance in the successful experience and in recent years in some parts of China effective governance methods and innovation.Based on the environmental pollution in rural areas of Yantai City,summarized the situation and current situation of Rural Governance Pollution in Yantai City,points out that the agricultural non-point source pollution,rural domestic waste,mining and industrial solid waste disposal is a serious threat to the ecological environment in rural areas,the situation of environmental pollutionin rural areas of Yantai city was serious.However,there are still many contradictions in the rural environmental governance,such as insufficient attention to the mind,imperfect laws and regulations,inadequate supervision and enforcement,and backward infrastructure construction.This series of problems need to be solved urgently.On this basis,have proposed to put forward countermeasures and suggestions of environmental pollution control in rural areas of Yantai City: to improve the rural environmental governance in Yantai City,the correct understanding,grassroots policy achievements view,attention to the publicity and education work,to carry out environmental excellence activities etc..We will further improve the regulations and mechanisms for environmental governance in Yantai,strengthen the construction of environmental protection teams at the grassroots level and improve the ability of rural environmental supervision and law enforcement.Measures should be taken to reduce agricultural non-point source pollution,control industrial pollution discharge in rural areas,and promote waste treatment in urban and rural integration.Increase the financial,scientific and technological input to the rural environmental pollution control in Yantai.Adhere to the concept of overall planning,scientific governance and the pursuit of practical results,and carry out integrated governance of rural environment in Yantai.
