Black fungus chaff is a kind of discarded solid culture medium after the black fungus is picked,which has high content of organic matter and protein,and whose strong water holding capacity is also high.However,only a small part of black fungus chaff is used as livestock feed,and organic fertilizer,most of them are almost discarded or burned as garbage.In order to solve the problem of the discarded black fungus chaff pollution in the Da Pu Chai He town and achieve the purpose of the local waste black fungus that can be recycled scientifically and reasonably,the formulation and preparation of organic fertilizer and organic-inorganic compound fertilizer,and its efficiency test are studied in this paper by the way of field investigation combined with pot experiment.The results of the study provide a scientific basis for changing the traditional way of dealing with the fungus chaff,improving the comprehensive benefits of farmers,and improving the local ecological environment.It is of great practical significance.The conclusions are as follows:1.It is found that the waste of black fungus chaff in Da Pu Chai He town is polluted seriously through the field investigation.It has seriously affected the local production and life as well as the ecological environment;therefore,the black fungus chaff pollution problem in this town needs to be solved urgently.At the same time,a amount of black fungus chaff discarded is also large and it was increased year by year,so it is suitable for the industrialized production of fertilizer.2.It only can reach the harmless requirements under the condition of 14 days of high temperature in the composting process.At the end of composting,the fungus chaff can be regarded as the compost maturity when the value of T =0.37,GI=87.2%.The nutrient content of organic fertilizer and organic-inorganic compound fertilizer made from the compost chaff was up to the national and industry standards.3.Preparation of organic fertilizer and organic-inorganic compound fertilizer cultivate Chinese cabbage.In the aspect of Chinese cabbage production,the yield of all organic fertilizer + fertilizer treatment increased by 74.5% ~ 159% compared with no fertilization treatment.Organic-inorganic compound fertilizer treatment increased by 131.7% ~ 151.4% compared with no fertilization treatment.4.Under the same nitrogen,adding organic fertilizer can increase the Chinese cabbage's chlorophyll content.Organic-inorganic fertilizer can increase the content of reduced vitamin C in cabbage compared with single application of chemical fertilizers.The nitrate content decreased with the decrease of nitrogen fertilizer.Reduce the amount of organic-inorganic fertilizer,can reduce the content of nitrate in cabbage.5.Organic fertilizer + fertilizer treatment of soil alkali nitrogen planting increased by 1.44% ~ 10.2% than before,effective phosphorus increased 34% ~ 56.3%,rapidly-available potassium increased 5.2% ~ 19%.The available phosphorus of organic-inorganic compound fertilizer increased 44.2% ~ 55.7% and rapidly-available potassium increased 2.5% ~ 8.8%.
