| With the development of China’s agriculture,China’s crop output and the number of livestock and poultry breeding have been increasing,and the total amount of various agricultural wastes such as crop straw has increased significantly.,these agricultural wastes have seriously polluted the ecological chemistry,how to harmless,reduction,resource and sustainable development has become the goal of agricultural development.Straw contains a large number of nutrients and is itself rich in organic matter,microorganisms,protein and nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium,which are important sources of fertilizer.Selenium is an important trace element in human body and animals,especially important to formulate straw organic-inorganic compound selenium fertilizer to produce selenium-rich products.In this study,rice straw and chicken manure were used as raw materials for aerobic high-temperature composting,and agricultural waste was treated by aerobic composting and fermented to make straw organic fertilizer to make it harmless.Subsequently,the straw compost body was used as the substrate proposed to configure straw organic inorganic compound selenium fertilizer,and selenium mineral powder was added to the formula to optimize its formulation and enhance the fertilization effect,and finally made into an efficient,safe and environmentally friendly organic inorganic compound selenium fertilizer,to explore the effect of straw organic inorganic compound selenium fertilizer on the growth of green vegetables and to verify its fertilization effect.The main research findings are as follows.(1)There are two groups of straw composting,ordinary composting test for test one,adding Bacillus selenium-rich bacteria for test two,by testing the compost index analysis shows that the straw composting group with Bacillus selenium-rich bacteria has the best effect,and the highest temperature of the straw composting group with Bacillus selenium-rich bacteria is greater than that of test one,with the characteristics of fast temperature rise,long high temperature stage and high degree of decay.p H value is 7.46,total nutrient is 6.79%,and the test showed that the requirements of NY/T 525-2021 organic fertilizer "organic fertilizer".(2)straw straw organic inorganic compound selenium fertilizer test by straw compost test two as the substrate formulated into three different ratios of straw organic inorganic compound selenium fertilizer,of which formula three has the best effect,its nutrient composition is better than formula one and formula two,formula three straw organic inorganic compound selenium fertilizer composition ratio: straw organic fertilizer,urea,ammonium dihydrogen phosphate,potassium chloride,selenium mineral powder is50.0:13.22: 14.1:13.08:9.6,total nutrient is 26.16%,organic matter is 17.36%,granularity is 75.60%,p H is 7.46,moisture is 8.45%.The test showed that it complied with the standard of GB/T18877-2020 "Organic Inorganic Compound Fertilizer".(3)straw fertilizer planting test set up a total of five groups of tests,treatment 1 for the control blank group,without any fertilizer;treatment 2 for treatment 2 for the application of straw straw compost;treatment 3 for straw organic inorganic compound fertilizer formula one;treatment 4 for straw organic inorganic compound fertilizer formula two;treatment 5 for straw organic inorganic compound fertilizer formula three,the application of straw organic fertilizer and the application of straw organic inorganic compound fertilizer treatment groups are better than The treatment group with straw organic fertilizer and straw organic-inorganic compound fertilizer were better than the blank control group.The treatment 5 straw organic inorganic compound fertilizer formula III had the best effect,compared with the blank group plant height increased about 46.43%,leaf number increased about 37.68%,leaf width increased about 49.49%,fibrous root system length increased about 46.53%,total fresh weight increased about 89.33%,yield increased about 88.92%,total selenium enrichment was 0.26 mg/kg,and integral formula III,which can effectively improve the quality of crops,increase yield and economic benefits. |
