| Coal mine resources always play an important role of energy in China.Chinese government also attaches a great deal of value to Coal mine.In recent years,with the rapid construction of high productivity and high efficiency mine and the implementation of "strong science and technology" strategy,the intelligent working face has gradually become a hot topic in the field of coal mining.At present,as an important way to promote the automation and information of the mine construction,intelligent chemical face has the advantages of high safety and high scientific and technological content.The establishment of intelligent work,can effectively enhance the core competitiveness of coal enterprises,and effectively improve the level of mine production,increase the efficiency of coal mine to realize.The research of intelligent face system construction and reliability evaluation is the focus of research in recent years.In order to solve the intelligent coal mine exists some problems in the construction of the working face due to the system is not been divided clearly.This paper decided to make a construction model of intelligent coal face system and to make evaluation analysis for this system.In this paper,the intelligent face system model is established about 7 sub-systems,which includes the centralized control center of the chute,the intelligent control system of the shearer,the electroplating control system of the brackets,the video surveillance system of the work surface,the communication network system,the intelligent load center system and Intelligent integrated liquid supply system.This paper analyzes the characteristics and functions of theses seven subsystems in order to puts forward the evaluation index of the intelligent working surface system.As the reliability of the intelligent mine in the implementation process itself is characterized by ambiguity,this paper based on the proposed multi-level fuzzy analysis of reliability evaluation of intelligent mine construction reliability evaluation.This method is based on the analysis for these systems and get the weight value of each index through analysis and calculation.Finally,this paper analyzes the intelligent face system of the mine with the 18201 intelligent working face of Shanxi Coking Coal Group Jinxing Company,and analyzes the reliability of the system by multi-level fuzzy analysis.The results show that this method can evaluate the reliability of intelligent construction work,and it has certain practical significance. |
