The monitoring and monitoring of the emulsion pump has an important role in ensuring the automatic operation of the emulsion pump station and the real-time protection of the emulsion pump.The monitoring system of the existing coal mine with the emulsion pump station mainly adopts the centralized control mode and the distributed control mode.The monitoring system has the following shortcomings: In the centralized control mode,when the centralized control center fails,the whole system will be paralyzed;the distributed control mode based on the whole PLC has the problems of large volume,large transportation and maintenance of the emulsion pump.Drawing on the latest technology at home and abroad,based on single-chip emulsion pump monitoring sub-station design ideas,and through the communication circuit design and emulsion pump station master station communication,for the use of PLC + single-chip structure of the distributed emulsion pump station monitoring system to lay the foundation.Based on the BRW400 / 31.5 emulsion pump produced by Wuxi Coal Mine Machinery Co.,Ltd.,the functional requirements of monitoring and monitoring of mine emulsion pump are analyzed.On this basis,the overall design of the emulsion pump monitoring substation is carried out.Including the development platform,control mode,monitoring parameters,man-machine interface and communication design,build a single-chip emulsion pump monitoring substation perfect overall program.Emulsion pump monitoring sub-station hardware design: Select LPC1788 microcontroller as the core of the hardware platform,hardware design,including functional circuit design,signal acquisition circuit design and communication circuit design three.The design of the functional circuit includes the reset circuit,the clock circuit,the power circuit and the keyboard circuit.The signal acquisition circuit is designed with the input and conversion circuit of the thermal resistance PT100,4-20 mA current and dry contact.The design of the communication circuit includes RS485 Communication circuit design and Ethernet communication circuit design.Emulsion pump monitoring sub-station software design and development,including the main program design,signal acquisition program design,LCD display program design and keyboard programming.The program design and software implementation of the above procedures: communication program design: select RS485 communication and Ethernet communication two ways to achieve single-chip sub-station and PLC master station communication,single-chip based on Modbus RTU protocol to achieve the communication;Using Modbus TCP protocol as an Ethernet communication protocol,to achieve a single-chip and S7-300 PLC communication.
