Mine fire is one of the serious disasters in coal mine,which is the major cause of mine gas explosion accident.The mine fire caused and other mine accident are caused by it cause great waste of resources and the environmental pollution and casualties Every year in our country.Therefore the process is of great significance to research on mine fire and extinguished.In this paper,analyze he whole process from combustion to go out through the simulation experiment set design by self with two coal samples from Xishan Coal and Pingshuo coal of underground coal mine.Because liberation of gas is one of the main external features of coal combustion,so analyze the variation law of gas generation and the correlation between the two stages of temperature programmed heating and coal spontaneous combustion.Analyzes several kinds of gas release.Regularity and correlation study in the closed fire extinguished after the stage mainly,And the suitable for gas application theory several in dices ofobservation cases are closed fire extinguishments and association of temperature.The following main conclusions.?1?In the process of coal oxidation at low temperature in oxygen consumption rate before a certain point is the temperature with the temperature gradually increased,at a certain temperature after oxygen consumption rate increased.This shows that leap,in the natural process of coal,the oxygen consumption rate with the increase of coal temperature increases,when coal temperature reaches a point when there is oxygen consumption rate jump is larger,the temperature is a critical point of intense stage of coal natural reach.?2?In the process of coal spontaneous 20 ? to 500 ? coal composite reaction may present the stage,20 ? to 80 ?,80 ? to 180 ?,180 ? to 300d?,300 ? to 500 ?.80 ? this temperature is coal from the slow oxidation stage to the transition point is intense oxidation,180 ? is the turning point of coal by more intense oxidation stage to intense oxidation stage,300 ? for coal burning.?3?In the process of coal oxidation at low temperature in the CO/ ?O2value temperature stable linear growth trend of.CO/CO2 value decreased with the increase of temperature increase in the overall trend,in 80 degrees before the CO/CO2 value with the increase of temperature stable,80 DEG C after began to increase sharply.In the process of coal oxidation at low temperature CO2 concentration in at least 5 times the concentration of CO.?4?Under the experimental conditions,the concentration of H2,from 250 to30 ?.the temperature drop in the concentration of CO,CH4 release,H2 and CO showed difference index downward trend.When the concentration of C2H4 and C2H6 in closed area with temperature to reduce the overall downward trend,at about 130 ? when the concentration of two kinds of coal C2H4 has zero in110 ? two coal samples C2H6 release quantitative change is zero.?5?The gray correlation analysis for the first index of Xishan coal gas CO on two coal samples,the second H2,third for CO/CO2,fourth for H2 and CO difference,C2H4 and C2H6 at the end of the line.In the long flame coal first for CO/CO2,the second CO,third for H2 and CO difference,fourth H2,fourth C2H6 and fifth C2H4.
