| China is one of the world’s coal-producing countries,but also one of the countries with coal as the main energy source,but the coal resources in the mining process by the threat of coal fire disaster.Close distance spontaneous combustion coal seam group adopts fully mechanized top coal caving mining,which leads to more floating coal and the formation of serious and complicated air leakage channel.The loose floating coal is easy to oxidize spontaneous combustion and threaten the safe production of the mine and the life and health of the workers.In this thesis,the mechanism of coal spontaneous combustion,the process and the influence of coal spontaneous combustion are analyzed by means of theoretical analysis,experimental study,field observation and technical application.The coal spontaneous combustion in the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face is combined with the spontaneous combustion of the coal in the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face.Secondly based on the experimental study on the gas and critical value of M14 coal seam spontaneous combustion in Tuenbao Coal Mine,the spontaneous combustion gas is selected according to the gas law generated during the heating process of coal sampie.The critical value of CO is established by combining the field observation and experimental data,and establishment of early warning index system for spontaneous combustion of working face;Tertiary,the air leakage measurement and the seepage field of the goaf are calculated.The air leakage channel and the flow direction between the coal seam groups are calculated,and the air leakage rate of the working face is calculated.By establishing the mathe matical model of the seepage field in the goaf area,Fluent is used to simulate the distribution of seepage velocity and distribution of oxygen concentration in goaf of 1011401 working face,and the spontaneous combustion zone;Finally,the application of M14 coal seam face spontaneous combustion grading compound indicators to prevent the body and the spontaneous combustion of dangerous areas of key monitoring,reasonable selection of evacuation during the fire and fire measures and the use of three-phase foam and Shi Dafu fire prevention materials effective treatment of high temperature anomalies,smooth unsealed and retracement of the remaining 86 sub-support to ensure the safety of mine production. |
