Submerged arc furnace is a kind of industrial furnace which use electrodes embedded in the furnace charge to discharge smelting ore for produce chemical reaction to get a kind of metal.With the development of economy,the demand of metal is becoming bigger and bigger,so the process ofmineral hot furnace smelting also needs to be improved.When submerged arc furnace is smelting,its internal current will be produced the corresponding magnetic field outside of the furnace.The detection and analysis of the magnetic field information are great significance to ascension of submerged arc furnace smelting process.The research object of this article is magnetic field data upload and monitor software system of submerged arc furnace based on pc Duino and LabVIEW.On the one hand,system can upload the magnetic field data around submerged arc furnace into cloud database through network.On the other hand,user can remote view all of the magnetic field and control the data upload cycle.This also accumulate large amounts of data for the late relation analysis between submerged arc furnace peripheral magnetic conditions and parameters in the process of smelting.In this paper,the main work done is as follows.(1)System demand analysis and design.Through the analysis of the submerged arc furnace’s present technology development at home and abroad,analysis the magnetic field data upload and monitoring of software and hardware system requirements.According to the demand of the system,divide system into several module,clear the function of each module,analyzes and choose the hardware which is used in module.At the same time,build the system data structure、communication protocols and system instruction.(2)The establishment of a system.System is composed of data acquisition module,data upload module,cloud storage module and remote control display terminal.Data acquisition module can perceive magnetic field information by magnetic field sensors,then AD transform the output signal by the MCU,so as to get the magnetic field distribution in space.Auther do a series of basis experiments surrounding the data acquisition module,including point to multipoint communication,real-time data acquisition,simulative magnetic field data acquisition and formation.Data upload module upload data which get from the data acquisition module into cloud database by pcDuino.At the same time,it also has several function,include cloud database control,data upload and read,data storage when network is broken and data upload when network is connective.This can ensure the stability of data upload.Cloud storage module choose Tencent cloud MySQL database.It can save the the magnetic field data and control parameters.Remote control display terminal support several function,include user login 、 data display and management,and the remote communication parameter control.So it make user easily manage and view the magnetic field data.(3)The system test.After system integration,auther test the all function,such as data upload,user login and data display.Then auther test the system response mechanismin in the status that network is broken.Through the test,the system can steadily upload magnetic field data,and the user can monitor the magnetic field data conveniently.
