The submerged arc furnace is the main equipment in the metallurgical industry.With the development of the mining industry,the smelting requirements are continuously improved.The smelting process and operation of the submerged arc furnace need to be adjusted and optimized in time.From the market demand,China is the world's largest steel consumer market.In recent years,market competition and environmental pressures have prompted a number of smelting capacity enterprises to withdraw.Therefore,whether it is from the national energy-saving emission reduction policy point of view,or the economic efficiency of enterprises,it's urgent to take appropriate technical means to solve the problem of low efficiency of submerged arc furnace 0and energy consumption.By studying the production technology and production equipment of the submerged arc furnace and the chemical principle of the smelting,the hydraulic lifting mechanism and principle of the submerged arc furnace were analyzed,and the power supply system of the submerged arc furnace was analyzed.Then the load model was established according to the load characteristics of the submerged arc furnace,which provided the basis for realizing the three-phase electrode according to the load power balance.Combining PID control algorithm with fuzzy algorithm,an electrode controller with fuzzy adaptive PID algorithm was designed.And the computer simulation of this control algorithm was carried out.The simulation results showed that the algorithm had good dynamic response performance,anti-disturbance ability and robustness,and so on,which were superior to the conventional PID regulator.The operation monitoring system of the submerged arc furnace electrode was designed base on LabVIEW.Through the acquisition unit,integral analog-to-digital conversion and fiber optic transmission unit,signal synthesis and processing unit,detection data display and historical data preservation and trend analysis,and network sharing,the three electrodes of furnace were monitored in real time with a designed fuzzy adaptive PID controller based on LabVIEW.The system has the abilities of showing the operating parameters of the furnace electrodes to achieve a stable furnace conditions,increase production,reduce the unit power consumption and other functions.It is in the ideal situation for the establishment of mathematical model of submerged arc furnace,so the accuracy of this area has yet to be improved.Therefore,in the following work,the mathematical model and the control algorithm need to be constantly improved.
