Coke dry quenching(CDQ)technology is the most advanced coke quenching technology in metallurgical industry both at home and abroad.CDQ has a great advantage in improve the quality of coke,improve the environment,the recovery of energy compared to wet coke quenching.The current CDQ as the metallurgical industry More important energysaving and environmental protection technology has been widely recognized and has been widely used both at home and abroad.Due to the limited service life of the refractory material in the area,we were forced to shut down the oven on a regular basis.Usually shut off every 1.5 years or so maintenance time,each review lasted about 30 days,which not only wasted a lot of manpower,material and financial resources,but also blast furnace production.In this paper,the main structure of the chopper and the vulnerable parts of the system are summarized,the reason of the damage of the refractory material in the quenched and tempered furnace is analyzed.the use and research progress of the refractory material in the quenched and tempered furnace are introduced.This paper summarizes the relevant methods to extend the service life of the ramp in the country.In this paper,the technical characteristics of Baotou 125 t / h CDQ are analyzed and the statistical analysis of its overhaul is carried out.It is found that the damage of corners in the chute zone is the main factor affecting the annual repair cycle of CDQ Is a breakdown of the internal refractory material.The physical and chemical properties of the refractory materials used in the quenched and tempered furnace were tested and found to meet the design requirements.The physical and chemical properties of silicon carbide bonded silicon carbide brick were compared with those of traditional silicon carbide brick.The results showed that the physical and chemical properties of silicon carbide bonded silicon carbide brick were better than that of silicon carbide brick.Silicon nitride combined with silicon carbide brick in the Baotou 125 t / h CDQ equipment in the process of successful application in the ramp area of the legs,effectively extending the life of the legs.In the process of repairing the key parts of the dry blast furnace and the primary dust collector,the practical problems encountered in the maintenance process were solved,and the service life was prolonged.Combined with the failure mode of the chute zone of the Baotou No.2 CDQ,the damage of the corrugated area is analyzed.It is concluded that the damage of the corolla brick is mainly caused by the shear stress and the horizontal bending force Resulting in the corresponding solution.Improvements to the key components of the CDQ system effectively extend the service life of these components.Optimized CDQ related production operation to ensure the stability of CDQ system.Finally,through the introduction of online and shutdown in two ways to Baotou iron and steel furnace internal refractory material inspection,to achieve the Baotou CDQ unit repair cycle significantly extended.These ones are to provide practical experience and theoretical basis for effectively extending the annual repair cycle of the system.
