Gas disaster is one of the five major disasters in coal mine,its long-term constraints of China's coal mine safety production,gas prevention and control work is particularly important.Caving coal is an important method for mining thick coal seam.The mining technology determines that the coal mined coal is more and the released gas will increase sharply,which will lead to the occurrence of gas overrun in fully mechanized coal mining face The How to take effective measures to achieve safe and efficient mining has become an important task in front of mining workers.Under certain conditions,coal seam pre-mining is also an effective regional prevention of outstanding technical measures,it is less demanding coal seam conditions,construction is easy,the cost is low.With the expansion of coal mine,the increase of mining depth and the increasing gas disaster,it is necessary to adopt the downward drilling for gas drainage in many areas of the mine due to the influence of mining structure.Therefore,Extraction technology research,has a very important practical significance.Based on Pinggou Coal Mine,this paper analyzes the actual situation of low gas permeability,low permeability coefficient and low efficiency of gas extraction in Pinggou Coal Mine.Pinggou coal mine mining 9 #,10 #,16 # coal seam,according to the prominent mine management.Gas problems plagued the mining face to take over,to the mine safety production has brought hidden dangers,limiting the high yield and high efficiency of the mine.1605 face drilling gas drainage difficult,only about 10% of the gas drainage rate,pumping difficult to achieve standards,coal seam permeability coefficient is low,fast decay,gas content,high gas pressure.For the low permeability of the prominent coal seam,the permeability of coal is very poor,the use of conventional drilling arrangements and parameters pre-pumping coal gas,often can not achieve the required drainage effect.To this end,the need to strengthen the use of gas mining method,through the hydraulic fracturing technology,forced to communicate within the coal seam within the original fissure network or generate a new fissure network,so that increased gaspermeability,improve coal seam gas extraction efficiency.According to the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation and the actual situation,design or adjustment to determine the structure and process parameters of the equipment,and then study the high gas and high stress low permeability coal seam effective pressure relief gas hydraulic fracturing technical measures,and test,According to the test results,the above research results to verify and correct.The technology to increase the permeability of coal seam,strengthen the coal mine gas drainage and utilization,at the source to curb the occurrence of major malignant accidents,coal mine gas control,extraction and utilization of new ways,new technologies and new technology,in energy saving,Recovery and other aspects of great significance.To protect the safety of coal workers;turn waste into treasure,change for the benefit,to achieve the fundamental improvement of coal mine safety situation and work hard to improve the safety of coal mine,Economic and social benefits significantly,with a broad application prospects.
