NC Machining Technology And Equipment Improvement Of Planet Carrier

As an important part of planet reduction gear,the quality of planet carrier plays a very crucial role in planet reduction gear's performance.According to the research on the working principle of the planet reduction gear and the basic structure of the planet carrier,this work gives a NC optimization method for the planet carrier's processing and processing equipment.Meanwhile,based on a simulation for the processing of the planet carrier and an actual processing for the planet carrier,the feasibility of the optimization method for the planet carrier's processing and processing equipment is verified.According to the analysis of structural characteristics and processing of the planet carrier at home and abroad,this work find the problems of the traditional processing and processing equipment and give the the corresponding optimization method.Based on the characteristics of CNC machine and the structural characteristics of the planet carrier,the disadvantages of the traditional processing of the planet carrier are found and the feasibility of the NC optimization for the traditional processing is been proved.Meanwhile,an optimization processing of the planet carrier is proposed and a part of processing is been optimized by the NC method,and thus shortens the technology chain.Considering the of the traditional processing equipment of the planet carrier,this work proposes an improvement method for the boring tool,milling tool,assistance tool and fixture.Compared to traditional processing equipment,the feasibility of the optimization method is been proved.By building a modeling of the planet carrier,a processing simulation for the hole,platen groove,the bottom hole of the platen groove and the ring hole on the planet carrier is performed.Thus the rationality of the optimization method is verified.Finally,an actual processing of the planet carrier is performed by the traditional method and the optimization method.After the processing,a detection is made.The comparison result shows that the planet carrier processed through optimization method is superior to the traditional method,thus the validity of the optimization method is verified.
