Oil as the blood of industrial development,not only is the source of power fuel and its extract is deep into every aspect of our modern life.Along with the deepening of mining depth,the increased difficulties of drilling,the requirements of screw drill tool performance is higher,the stand or fall of screw drill tool design affects the drilling efficiency and level of work.Screw drill tool before drilling,the need for performance parameters of the detection,are generally conducted in screw drill rig.This topic is derived from petroleum Machinery Company limited,screw drill tool design and test of the whole machine test stand,the finite element analysis software ANSYS as the analysis platform,the existing analysis of examples,on the basis of the test set bottom screw drill tool of fluid-solid coupling calculation and vibration analysis.This topic analyzes the structural characteristics and working principle of screw drilling tools,according to enterprise structure parameters of screw drill tool,at the heart of the screw drill tool parts screw motor with 3D modeling;Analyzed the structure features and working principle of screw drill rig,on the bearing function of the test bench has main components namely test bed frame for 3D modeling;Test bed frame to make use of ANSYS static analysis and modal analysis,get the relevant natural frequency and vibration mode,and avoid the screw drill tool and test bench resonance;ANSYS static analysis was carried out on the screw motor and fluid-structure coupling calculation,got the high pressure of drilling fluid pressure distribution and velocity distribution.This topic from the above several aspects of screw drill tool and its performance on the test-bed design research,this paper proposes a screw drill tool in the analysis of the test bench.On the one hand,in the process of test were analyzed by screw drilling tools influence on the vibration of the test bench,in design and manufacture of test bench for the enterprise provides the data support;On the other hand,the test bench test data is loaded into the fluid-structure coupling analysis on the screw drill tool,is of great significance for research to improve the screw drilling tools.
