With the progress of society and economic development,clothing consumption has entered a fast update,more style and personalized demand-rich pattern.In order to improve the efficiency of production and system board,shorten the production cycle,and further improve the competitiveness of domestic garment enterprises,model of automated and intelligent plate design was a high efficiency model,which was an inevitable trend.In this paper,based on the existing research,women' dress was act as a research object to use for study of automated clothing plate model,to explore the new method of automated plate design.Firstly,we determine the dress plate by analysis of the domestic representative of the women' prototype.Secondly,96 dresses will be collected,and they will be divided into H,X and A shapes based on the profile type.The data of clothing board variables will be collected separately,and the variable database of different shapes and dresses will be established in turn.The software of SPSS was used for statistical analysis of the plate data,followed by obtaining the control interval of each design variable and establishing the regression relation between the variables,and the mathematical model of the automatic plate design of different modeling dresses was established.Finally,the applicability and practicability of the plate method were checked by virtual fitting and sample experiment.In the course of the study,the mathematical model of the plate design of different modeling dresses was established by summarizing the empirical and professional rules in the garment plate.The mathematical model provides a professional basis for the research of the automated and intelligent system board and new idea of clothing intelligent design research.
