| Steamed bread,as one of the most popular traditional staple food in our country,has a very broad prospect in the food market,but its existing processing methods generally have the problems of low degree of mechanization,poor production environment,unstable product quality and so on.Against this background of today,an urgent request,the research and development of the industrial production equipment of steamed bread,is proposed.In this paper,the research status of the dough wobble-plate equipments is analyzed with the object of the square dough.According to the production technology of steamed bread,a kind of dough wobble-plate machine,which has a simple structure and low price,and is suitable for square steamed bread as well as circular steamed bread and put dough in order,is proposed.According to the parameters of the application environment,the design scheme of the whole machine is presented.In this paper,the parameters of dough and former,the functional requirements,arrangement mode and driving mode of wobble-plate machine in the production line are analyzed.And based on this,the design scheme of the wobble-plate machine is put forward.According to the design scheme,the structure design of the whole machine is carried out.The mechanism,with the functions of both capture,separation,placement,compression and other functions,is composed of the mechanical gripper,a frame and a driving cylinder etc.The calculation of clamping force and the angle of the gripper is done.And according to the design parameters of the gripper,the type selection design of each cylinder is done and the function and connection mode of each component is introduced.The establishment and assembly of the whole 3D model of the whole machine are completed by using Pro/E.And the interference test is carried out.The trajectory,displacement,velocity and acceleration curve at the end of the gripper,and the drive force at each drive cylinder are obtained based on the kinematics and dynamics simulation function of the virtual prototype software ADAMS.And the results show that the design scheme of the mechanism can meet the functional requirements of the automatic dough wobble-plate machine.The pneumatic control system was designed according to the working process of the automatic dough wobble-plate machine.And the diagram and list of the device of the pneumatic system are given.This paper has completed the preliminary research of the automatic dough wobble-plate machine.The research can provide technical support for the subsequent formation of automatic production line of steamed bread. |
